As of March 20 2018, the “no inappropriate toilets” mod appears to have been affected by a recent patch. I loaded my game last night and my Sims were unable to use the toilets. The only action available was “upgrade”. I removed all mods and returned a few at a time, narrowing it down to this specific mod that was my issue, once removed from the Mods folder, my sims could once again Use the toilet. The Family/Friends portion of the mod appears to be without issue.
