You have to start somewhere, so as a Kitchen Porter, you’ll be fetching and carrying, washing dishes, and cleaning up after the Chefs.
Kitchen Apprentice
The Chefs have taken a liking to your hard-working attitude, and would like to take you on as their Apprentice! You’ll be learning the basics of food preparation, and cooking to a high standard.
Catering Assistant
Now you’re a Catering Assistant, you’ll be helping out in the kitchen and being responsible for hygiene and cleanliness within food preparation areas! No stinky piles of trash, please! You’ll be peeling, preparing and stirring in no time!
Commis Chef
