There are 10 levels available, as follows:
Switchboard Operator
Youâve got to start somewhere! Itâs your job to operate telephone switchboards and consoles to connect, hold, transfer and disconnect telephone calls, provide information to assist clients or refer them to the appropriate departments.
Filing Clerk
You manage all databases and records, clearing out outdated records and creating new entries as needed. You answer all questions about the company database, files and records. You may even be required to fax and photocopy from time to time.
Cashier
As a cashier, you are responsible for meeting the clients face-to-face when theyâre making deposits. On occasion, you may be required to answer general queries and make appointments. Keep a smile on your face and a cheery outlook and youâll do just fine.
Stockbroker
Youâre making the customerâs money work for them. You develop investment plans based on a specific clientâs needs, maintain records of investments each of your clients makes, you monitor transactions related to investments and review financial reports. Work on your charisma and keep that all-important smile!
Junior Manager
Your first management position! Youâre on your way to the top! Keep going, youâre halfway there. You keep an eye on the employees below you and make sure theyâre doing their job to the best of their ability and report your findings to the Senior Managers.
Personal Banker
As a Personal Banker, you give that personal touch in helping the public manage their finances. You open their bank accounts, discuss their options and answer any questions they may have.
Personal Banker (Business)
Youâre giving that personal touch in helping businesses manage their finances. You open their bank accounts, discuss options with them and maybe even talk to their accountants. Just donât forget that all important smile! You may also secure new businesses for the bank, which will put you in high esteem with your boss.
Senior Manager
More money means more responsibility. Now, youâre managing the Junior Managers and making sure theyâre not getting too big for their boots but also making sure they have the right resources to do their jobs. Make sure the employees are happy and keep their morale up.
Branch Manager
Youâre the head of your branch. All the Senior managers report to you and youâre in charge of your branch of the bank. You keep the image of the branch positive by representing the branch at organisational meetings in the community.
Area Manager
As the Area Manager, you show the community that your bank is the best there is. Keep the image positive by keeping the employee morale up, representing the bank at meetings with the community, government officials and the employees. You still work long hours but the satisfaction you gain is worth every second.
