First, this changes the Photograph Impression objective to include taking a photo with the cheap camera given as a reward at level 2 and not just to the phone interaction. This means this overrides both the objective and the take photo (cheap camera) interaction.
Secondly, this allows the Makeover Sim objective to include the Wardrobe Pedastal and the Hair and Makeup chair from Get Famous. So in addition to clicking on Sims and offering makeover, you can also Offer Style Appearance Makeover and Offer to Edit in CAS from either of those objects.
