The Squealing Mermaid Boathouse is a compact house. It means that we have all necessary rooms on a small floor plan, and yes, I managed to make two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Master Bedroom does not have access to the bathroom unfortunately, but has a wonderful atmosphere. How would you like waking up to the sound of seagulls and mermaids squealing?
