This house does come furnished, and could be used as retail store with the Get to Work pack, which I did not have at the time of making this.
Due to the overwhelming amount of things Aziraphale has about his shop, there are a good deal of cc that had to be used. There are only a few needed for the actual shell, however, if you want to decorate it on your own.
