This is a small yet expensive and functional house for 3 sims (parents + kid or teen). Was originally built for forestry slot in Brindleton Bay but can be placed anywhere. In my game, this was a home for a couple of a blogger and a scientist (that’s why they have a video recording station, science station and a rocket station). Removing them will make the house more generic and cheap!
