Description:
Everyone has to start some where and they need you to do all the clean up throughout the day. That means making sure all the nails, and trash are picked up. So make sure you stay on tp of that so you all can leave on time for the day.

Level 2: Cement Maker
Description:
They think you have what it takes to move up in the company and want to try you at cement making. You get to help make parking lots and foundations now.

Level 3: Wall Builder
Description:
You learned quick on your feet and they were impressed with all you work that they want to move you up to putting in walls into all the buildings.

Level 4: Shingles Master
Description:
Now that you have built those walls and laid the foundation, you can finish the roof and make it a home and or commercial building.

Level 5: Pipes and wiring fitter
Description:
Now that you can pour cement, put up walls, and do the roofs. Its time to learn to put in piping and wiring.

Level 6: Crew Leader
Description:
Now that your Crew Leader its time for you to pass on your knowledge to the next young person to be hired.
