Cottage Pie is a traditional dish in the the UK and Ireland, made with some kind of mince, stock and vegetables cooked together topped with mashed potatoes before being put in the oven to be baked until the top is crispy. The mince is usually beef (lamb being shepard’s pie rather than cottage pie) but this one is made with soya mince.
Notes:
– It has two meal sizes (8 servings and single serving)
– Vegetarian-Safe!
– Optional EA potato, onion, carrot, faux meat cube and any veg, and icemunmun leek (recipe can still be cooked without)
