Wintery Water by Teknikah at Mod The Sims

This adds a new pool water for you to choose, with a variety of different snowy and icy textures to get the perfect chilly water during winter.

The weather turns colder and the snow starts to fall, but the pools and fountains seem to stay warm. There’s no ice that forms or snow that settles.

Can be found in Build Mode under pool waters.
