Bread and butter pudding is a kind of bread pudding that’s traditionally made in the UK. It’s made by layering slices of buttered bread with raisins in a dish, before it’s covered with an custard mixture, seasoned with nutmeg, cinnamon, and other spices, then finally baked in the oven.
