Gaja Ka Halwa (also called gaja halwa or carrot halwa) is an indian sweet dessert made with shredded carrots mixed with sugar and milk or condensed milk, rose water, cardamom and saffron. The desert is cooked down in a pot until the carrots are well done and topped with roasted nuts.
Notes:
– It has two meal sizes (8 servings and single serving)
– Vegetarian-Safe!
– Optional EA carrots, icemunmun pistachio, cardamom, almond as well as scco milk ingredients (food can still be cooked without)
