Badam Phirni:
Phirni, also known as kheer, payasa, and payasam, is a kind of pudding made all over India and more, the pudding is made by boiling milk, sugar, and rice along with other ingredients to add flavour. In this case it’s almond and cardamom, badām being the hindi word for almond.

Thandai:
Thandai, also known as Shardai, is a chilled drink made from a mixture of almonds, rose petals, pepper, poppy seeds, fennel, cardamom, saffron, milk and sugar. It’s an Indian drink, often consumed around the Holi, Holla mahalla, and Maha Shivaratri festivals.
– It has two sizes (8 servings, and single cup)
– Vegetarian-safe.
– Appears on Restaurant Menu under Drinks
