This soup recipe combines Gochujang (red chilli paste), kimchi, noodles and stock top create a tasty and filling soup. The soup is made by sautéing onions, adding in kimchi then mushroom stock, then adding a small amount of the red chilli paste before cooking the noodles in the soup.
