Risotto is a dish originating from northern Italy. It’s a rice dish cooked in a broth until it reaches a creamy consistency. The broth, in this case, is made of vegetables with truffle oil to add some extra refined flavour. Other ingredients can include butter, onion, white wine, and parmesan cheese. Saffron is often used to create the colour.
