Pad Thai, also known as phad thai, is a Thai stir fry dish commonly served as a street food, it’s usually made with rice noodles, egg, some form of protein, and veggies fried together in a sauce. The sauce is usually made with tamarind juice, fish sauce (subbed in vegetarian versions), garlic, and chilli.
Notes:
– It has all three meal sizes (8 servings, 4 servings and single serving)
– Vegetarian-safe.
– Optional EA any vegetable, and icemunmun lime, as well as any tofu or faux meat and eggs from SCCO (recipe can still be cooked without)
– Appears on Restaurant Menu under Appetizer.
