Arrabbiata sauce (sugo all’arrabbiata in Italian), is a slightly spicy pasta sauce made with garlic, tomatoes, and chili peppers cooked in olive oil. The sauce comes from the Lazio region, around Rome, and is quite popular there. Here it comes with penne pasta.
