Tabbouleh is a kind of salad that’s made with finely chopped parsley, tomatoes, mint, onion, bulgur, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and sweet pepper mixed together to make a delicious dish. Some versions will also have lettuce. Tabbouleh is considered a mezze dish.
Notes:
– It has all three meal sizes (8 servings, 4 servings and single serving)
– Vegetarian-Safe!
– Optional icemunmun peppermint and EA tomato, parsley and lemon ingredients (food can still be cooked without)
