Gnocchi are a kind of Italian dumpling made with some combination of potato or semolina, usually with egg and wheat flour, though they can be made with other ingredients too such as spinach or cheese. Here they’re served in a think tomato sauce, with chopped grilled cherry tomatoes and a little basil on top for garnish.
Notes:
– It has all three meal sizes (8 servings, 4 servings and single serving)
– Vegetarian-safe.
– Optional EA tomato and basil, as well as SCCO pasta and oil ingredients (food can still be cooked without)
