The building need no custom content, but there are 2 versions of the lot: one with furniture which can be downloaded if you have all mentioned stuff packs. Another version includes only the most necessary: City living, Get famous, Get to work, Strangerville, Vampires, Jungle Adventure, Dine out and Spa day.
