Located in Strangerville and has two bedrooms, one bathroom that connects each room, a combined living and dining area, one kitchen, one hobby room, and a rooftop.
In the rooftop, there is a sitting space and an easel so you can paint the beautiful scenery found in Strangerville. The backyard has the quintessential backyard stuff found in most residential lots in The Sims which are a grill, an outdoor dining table with chairs, a gardening area, and a place for your child Sim to play in. I also added a chess table and a bird house there. The kitchen is just a normal kitchen and the living + dining room area has an under-the-stairs bookcase, a TV, a dining table for 4 sims, lots of plants, and a 3-seater couch. The rooms are spacious enough for the Sims that would sleep there. The kid’s room is girly and VERY colorful. The master isn’t as colorful as the rest of the home but it is still well-decorated.
