Hugo’s Gym by philo at TSR

This is not a traditional gym, it’s a boho training studio. In addition to the usual training equipment, a whole space is given for yoga and meditation.
It was built in Hugo’s Mansion which you can download as an empty shell. It’s located on the basement as shown on the last screenshot.
