The materials of this city house was collected from six old houses and the local dump, reassembled and customized by the homeowners themselves, under supervision of the architect office. The build process makes this house something very unique, not only in Evergreen Harbor, but in the whole Sims universe. Inside most things are either inherited, from flee markets or self-made. In fact, the only really new thing here is the solar panels!
Belive it or not, Svartlamoen is a real project in Trondheim, Norway.
