The San Fernando Mid-Century Modern Home by DominoPunkyHeart at Mod The Sims

Named after the lovely valley area in California, this modern home of our neighborhood is another perfect starter entry for new Sims looking to move in the area! The lot features not one, but TWO koi fish ponds adorned by lovely cacti gardens to add a sense of desert living charm to your mini-castle abode. There’s a pool area for the hot summer temprature where Sims can relax the days away, and two bathrooms to suit emergency bladder needs. The main entry doubles as a small dining area as well as an office space to save room. The kitchen is full, leading into a decent sized living room with natural light from large windows in the home’s design. Complete with a solar powered roof in the state of the art 50’s styling. The single bedroom is large enough for two adults Sims, or just one. The folding bed does indeed function correctly and my Sim literally died while testing it. (Don’t worry, her ghost doesn’t haunt the lot).
