This house has a total of 6 bathrooms and 13 bedrooms.

FIRST FLOOR FEATURES:
– Lots of hallways and corridors;
– Girls/boys bathroom (separated);
– Kitchen
– “Dinning” space
– 2 offices;
– Library;
– 3 classrooms;
– TV room;
– Crafting room;
– A lot of entertainment stuff to do in the hallways (like the piano);
– Middle outdoor garden.

SECOND FLOOR FEATURES:
– Lots of hallways and corridors;
– Rooms with free activities;
– 7 classrooms;
– 1 office;
– Misc room;
– Girls/boys bathroom (separated);
– A lot of entertainment stuff to do in the hallways (like the bookshelves and sitting areas to socialize);
– 3 bedrooms
– Garden activities space (outdoor – which leads you to the separated building at the left, where the arts room is).

THIRD FLOOR FEATURES:
– 10 bedrooms (one of them is Xavier’s, you can choose :p) – the black bedroom in one of the towers can only be accessed by those who can fly and pass through walls, because it doesn’t have a staircase nor a door
– more sitting and reading common spaces;
– indoor cinema/theater.

FOURTH FLOOR FEATURES:
– I didn’t furnish the two rooms that are in the fourth floor, I made them so the build could be as tall as I wanted. But you guys can build there whatever you want! Use your creativity!

BASEMENT FEATURES:
– A huge space where the households can gather to party, drink, talk, dance, watch movies, play and more!!;
– A lab that can only be accessed for those who has the key to the door (well… except for those who can get through walls…);
– A prison to hold the evil;
– Another lab to make experimental stuff about the x-gene and stuff (in a good way). It can also be used as a hospital;
– Girls/boys bathroom (separated).
In the outdoor space we have a lot of trees and activities to waste the free time!!
