This is made with working moms and/or dads in mind, so they can be home with the kids. 10 different customer service roles under one umbrella, so as not to clog up your career selection panel.
The hours are 9am-1pm Monday to Friday for each branch. There is one level per branch, so all Sims to have different career titles, rather than progressing through one.
