In this role, you are responsible for ensuring customers see a well-kept parking lot and a clean entrance area. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go. Rain or shine, sleet or snow, our customers count on you.
Store Greeter
Smile! Your face will be the first that customers see when they enter the store, so ensure you have a smile glued to your face at all times. You can welcome shoppers to the store, and point them in the right direction.
Bagger
Paper or plastic? Maybe you can even convince shoppers to buy a reusable bag to help do their bit to save the planet! Remember, heavy goods at the bottom- you don’t want to squish their bread.
Shelf Stacker
Stocking associates work to ensure customers can find all of the items they have on their shopping list. Depending on the shift you work, your job could include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, or helping customers while stocking shelves. From hot trucks in the summer to filling ice cream in the freezer, this fast-paced job can be physically demanding – it’s like being paid to go the gym!
Sales Associate
Do you enjoy helping customers figure out and find what they need? From every day needs to special occasions, customers need you to take them to that special product. As a sales associate in Apparel, Entertainment, Toys, Sporting Goods – or any one of our dozens of departments – you have the opportunity to make someone’s day better.
Cashier
As a cashier at SimMart, you are more than just an “item scanner.” You play a major role in how our customers feel when they leave the store. The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season. There are times when you have to juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping customers: scan items, explain a price, bag items properly, count cash back, and keep your area clean–you get the idea!
Department Manager
As an hourly supervisor, you are responsible for an entire area of the store. Sales associates in your area will look to you for leadership, direction, training, and support. You are accountable for merchandise availability, department standards, and financial performance of your area.
Assistant Manager
You’ve proven yourself as a Department Manager, and now you’re in charge of several different areas of the store. Not only will you be driving sales for all these departments, but you’ll also be leading whole teams of associates!

Want to manage a multi-million Simoleon business? Now’s your chance! Turn on those fluorescent lights, and cast your gaze upon your dominion. Everything the light touches is your new kingdom. That dark shadowy place? That’s Returns. You must never go there!
District Manager
A whole store wasn’t good enough; you wanted more! Now you’re a District Manager, and with a whole group of stores under your wing, you’ll ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations, including environmental compliance, for all of them!
