Lipoaspiration and Body Implants by mrclopes at Mod The Sims

Sedentary Sims now can now get in shape by doing a Lipoaspiration (lower fatness) or get Body Implants (increase muscles). The interactions are in cellphone and will send your Sim out for about 1 hour and half (game-time) to get them done.
