Missing “File Court Documents” fix by Temetra at Mod The Sims

This is a temporary fix for Law career sims working from home. At rank 5 (Budding Barrister) and above, “File Court Documents” is a possible assignment, but the computer interaction is missing. This mod removes the rank limit for the interaction.
