This mod is an override of “retail” lots but you will still be able to have “retail” lots. This mod will allow you to purchase multiple homes/lots for your sims. You will be able to hire services, invite sims over, and invite sims to stay the night. You can also keep certain sims at certain houses which will make the mod good for storytelling.
