No Cooldown For Breeding Frogs by egureh at Mod The Sims

No cooldown time between “Breed Frog” interactions.
Collecting frogs is really a lot of fun because of the crossbreeding work.
But frogs multiply quickly in real world, why in gameplay we get only one frog each time and have to wait?
