No Roughhousing on Retail Lots by Lebbion at Mod The Sims

After Eco Lifestyle release most of my retail lots and restaurants have been gridlocked because of the “Roughhousing Encouraged” Neighbourhood Action Plan. Sims are fighting and reacting to fights non stop, blocking any business interactions from happening.
