Simply drag and drop the tmex-unlock.zip file from the download folder to your Mods folder and load up the game.
When you wish to unlock all objects for a lot, type in “tm.unlockall” and press enter. You’ll received an “All items unlocked!” message, confirming you can now enter build buy and use all the previously locked content.
