There are 10 levels available, as follows:

Coffee Maker
While your boss and the rest of the staff are working hard, you’re manning the coffee maker. Be ready at an instant to leap across the forum with a fresh cup of coffee for the hard-working Admins because boy, are they going to need it!

Tech Support Agent
If the forum goes down, who you gonna call? Tech Support! Can’t reply to a topic, who you gonna call? Tech Support! Trouble logging in, who you gonna call? Tech Support! Be on call every minute of every hour of every day to attend to the technical hitches of the forum!

Website Moderator
The board is only in ship shape with the assistance of the Moderator team. These tireless folks help the Admins keep the members in check and deal with the occasional unruly spammer if the Admins are otherwise occupied (probably tearing their hair out with that troublesome plugin). You’ll need endless patience for this job.

Smilie Sorter
Everybody loves the smilies. They take the edge off a sad post, or they may accentuate the excitement when you learn about a shiny new feature. Where would the forum be without the smilies? A lot less colourful, let me tell you. So, start browsing those smilie sites and order a dozen coffees because trust me, you’re going to need them! Those smilies are addictive!

Theme Designer
Ahh, people have complimented the theme, have they? The way the background and the colour scheme compliment one another. The snow gently falling across the page; the way the colours are easy on the eyes. Yes, it’s all down to you, Oh Theme Designer. Take a moment to feel proud of yourself – you deserve it!

Category Creator
Before the categories came along, the forum was awash with boards. There were boards everywhere you look. And they weren’t necessarily in a logical order. But one day, someone had the idea to create categories to group the boards together! Three cheers for the Category Creator! Hip hip, hooray!

Plugin Planner
The snow gently sweeps down the forum. Members can add their mood when they post. They can natter to each other on the shoutbox whenever they feel like it. They can share their creations and download each others’. Yep, sounds like you’ve done a good job, mighty Plugin Planner!

Marketing Master
The forum started out fairly quiet and the Admins sat twiddling their thumbs for the first few days. But then, the Marketing Master swept in! You added the link to your websites. You shared the link twenty times on Tumblr. You advertised tirelessly on other forums and shared the link on your signatures. And now the board is a hive of activity. You truly are a Master of Marketing!

Security Chief
The board is bustling with happy members. They gossip about their latest adventures and giggle at their own mistakes. Everybody’s happy and calm and they feel secure on their forum. Of course, this would never come to pass if it weren’t for the Security Chief cracking down on those spammers and keeping the occasional rude member in check.

Chief Administrator
It’s been a long journey with caffeine buzzes, sleepless nights and many rearrangements but finally, you’re the Chief Administrator of the forum! The appointments of the staff rest in your hands and you can gaze down at your creation with a sense of pride. Congratulations, Chief. You did good.
