NPCs (Non-Playable Characters) shouldn’t be ugly Sims! Replace your Base Game Community Sims with these fully dressed, unique Sims. No CC (custom content) or mods are necessary. Community NPC Sims are those that show up on community lots and perform some sort of service. For example the Professional Gardeners who tend the community gardens.
