A vegetarian pasta dish made with a lemon and garlic-based sauce served with grilled a and seasoned asparagus. This dish is served with farfalle (the Italian word for “butterflies”), a shape of pasta that’s meant to look like butterflies or bowties (“cravatta a farfalla” in Italian).
