In the building there is an open kitchen with freestanding kitchen island to cook and eat, a cozy corner for sitting, watching tv and reading, a simple bedroom, and a basic bathroom with a toilet, shower and bath. A special feature in the building is the greenhouse at the entrance. In front of that there is a small deck for barbecueing. In the yard there is a beautiful pond and a campfire area. Lastly there is an organic vegetable garden, surrounded with a fence made of upcycled tires (quintessential earthship building technique). In the vegetable garden there are also a shed, flower arranging station, bird feeder and bees box.
