Is your sim ready for bulldozers and hand tools? Then they need this mod. It adds a construction rabbithole career to the game. It has ten levels and upon completion of the career track, your sim will earn a unique reward trait. The trait will increase work performance so you can continue to get quick raises, or carry the boost over to a new career. It also grants unique social interactions and lowers social need decay. As with my other careers, I varied the skills necessary for promotion to make it a little more realistic and challenging.
