Fix Capped Lot Taxes/Bills (Eco Lifestyle Patch) by zhanbow at Mod The Sims

he Eco Lifestyle patch introduced a new billing system that breaks down your bills into categories based on water usage, lot taxes, etc.
However, this also introduced a bug that caps Lot Taxes at 300 Simoleons even if your lot value was much higher. This means that bills for expensive lots after this patch dropped significantly.
This is a pure script mod that fixes this by implementing different calculations for Lot Taxes and should return bills to relatively normal values.
