You begin as a Makeup Academy Student and then choose your branch.

Beauty Branch:

1. Cosmetics Retail Assistant
Now you’re working at a Cosmetics store, you’ll help customers choose the perfect shade of foundation, and give out helpful application tips! Remember to smile!

2. Makeover Specialist
The manager has noticed what a talent you have for makeup application, and has decided to appoint you head Makeover Specialist. Sims will book appointments with you, and you’ll teach them how to perfectly apply their chosen look.

3. Freelance Makeup Artist
Woohoo! You managed to get such a big client base from the store that you’re now able to branch out on your own. You’ll be going to customers houses and event locations to apply makeup for graduations, weddings and private fashion shows!

4. Simstagram Sensation
Showing off all your looks on the ‘gram has gotten you some sweet sponsorship deals, and you’re now able to show off all those glam eye pics online. Now every look you create will be out there for everyone to see!

5. Celebrity MUA
As a makeup artist to the stars, you’ll be under a great deal of pressure and scrutiny. After all, you can’t have a famous client photographed with badly blended highlighter!

6. Makeup Mogul
You’re so highly regarded as a makeup artist, that you’ve managed to launch your own brand. Your makeup is the brand that EVERYBODY in Del Sol Valley is hankering after, and every new product you come up with sells out in minutes. You made it!

SFX Branch:

1. Halloween Hobbyist You’ve just gotten your first real job in a pop-up Halloween store. You will get to know all the products the store sells inside out, and help customers pick out the perfect, and most gruesome look for their parties and events.

2. Body Painter
Body Painting is truly an art, and you’ll be learning how to do the very best in camouflage paint and amazing effects!

3. Prosthetic Sculptor
You’ll now be sculpting creations for special effect TV shows and movies, from monsters to zombies to fantastical creatures!

4. Fear Farm Makeup Artist
Fear Farm run Haunted Houses all year round, and now you’re working with them! You’ll be ensuring all the actors are looking authentically scary enough to strike fear into every guest’s heart!

5. SFX Tutorialist
Everyone’s been asking how you create looks with such realism, so you’ve decided to upload some videos to SimTube in between your job as an SFX Artist. Your tutorials are sure to be a big hit. Feel free to create some extra videos in your spare time with the More Views Video Station.

6. Movie Monster Magician
Wow, you’ve made it to the big time. Now, you’re creating monsters and fantasy creatures, and not just any small time TV show. This is The Movies, and you’ll soon be a regular at Plumbob Pictures.
