There are 10 levels, available, as follows:
Runner
As a Runner, you have the most junior position in any film production department! It’s your job to carry out administrative tasks and aid the smooth running of film production.
Props Coordinator
Now you’re a Props Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for obtaining all the props needed for the production, and making sure the set is dressed and ready for action!
Lighting Technician
Lighting is one of the most important aspects of movie production, and you’ll need to work on creating the right atmosphere for each scene.
Sound Engineer
As a Sound Engineer, it’s your responsibility to assemble, operate and maintain the technical equipment used to record, amplify, enhance, mix or reproduce, you guessed it; sound.
Choreographer
You will be choreographing scenes for the movies and TV shows that are currently in production. Whether you specialise in sword fighting or dancing, this is the job for you!
Special Effects Operator
As a Special Effects Operator, you’ll be working with the Director to come up with effects for a particular shot. This can include explosions, special character rigging, blood and other bodily fluids, and atmospheric effects, such as heavy fog or rain!
Casting Director
Casting Directors organize and facilitate the casting of actors for all the roles in a film. This involves working closely with the Director and Producer to understand their requirements, and suggesting ideal artists for each role, as well as arranging and conducting interviews and auditions.
Screenwriter
Now you’re a Screenwriter, you’ll create the dialogue, the characters and the storyline of a movie script. The screenwriter is often the most essential person in film production because no movie can start without some form of a script! They’d be nothing without you!
Director
Now you’re the Director, you’ll be controlling the artistic and dramatic aspects and visualizes the screenplay (or script) while guiding the technical crew and actors in the fulfilment of that vision. You have a key role in choosing the cast members, production design, and the creative aspects of filmmaking.
Producer
Congratulations! You’re at the top of the ladder, and are now a Producer! You’ll oversee the entire production, all the way up to the final release.
